Who am I and what do I do?
Have you ever seen those kind of kids who are super dedicated in school and succeed in everything and are exemplary students and are full of love from their family and friends and look like they can't be anything else but successful in life? Well, I used to be that kind of kid, but about two years ago I decided to send all that a little bit to hell, in order to do more of what I feel like doing and less of what others expect of me.
Hi, I'm Mel and I'm learning to be happy
while traveling the world and enjoying my life.
This space is where I dump out the whirlwind of thoughts that are constantly going through my brain and write about what happens to me, what I see, what I learn, what I like and what I find difficult to understand.
Besides that, yes, I do something for a living. I teach languages. But I give fun lessons, focused on your learning, your interests, your needs and your experiences.
If your mother tongue is Spanish and you are interested in learning German, you are in the ideal place.
If your mother tongue is German, and you are interested in learning Spanish, too.
If your mother tongue is any other language, but you can speak English, Portuguese or Italian, I'm here for us to try.
Knowing how to communicate is the key to understand what happens to us as individuals, as a society and as travelers in this beautiful world where everything is unique, valuable and worthy of being explored until curiosity is exhausted.
Jump into the audible version of my whirlwind of thoughts where we will not only learn a bit German - in a fun way, of course - but also hear about interesting stories of people who swapped the Latin American chill vibe for the structure and safety in Europe. Or something like that, more or less.
The podcast language is mainly Spanish, yet some fractions are in German.
